Can you tell us a simple recipe you like ?
Buy grinded nuts and mix it with honey, add a tiny little bit of salt. Done!
I just eat it out of the jar, but you can put it on bread or mix it with yoghurt.

Nick Iluzada
Nick Iluzada est un illustrateur et designer vivant à New-York. Il a été diplômé en 2011 de la prestigieuse école d’art, Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) et à déjà une liste de clients plutôt impressionnante (The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Atlantic, par exemple). Human Empire Studio
Human Empire est un studio de design et d’illustration situé à Hambourg. Ils vendent aussi des vêtements, affiches, accessoires et autres dans un magasin Hambourgeois mais aussi sur leur site internet (la partie Posters vaut le coup d’oeil ,). Voici une petite séléction de travaux.
Faith 47
Découverte du street-artiste Sud-Africain Faith47. On peut retrouver beaucoup de ses peintures dans sa ville natale Cape Town, à Johannesburg et dans de nombreuses villes à travers le monde.
Son travail est souvent sombre et engagé, on le voit ici avec sa série ‘The Taming of the Beasts’, réalisé à Shanghai en 2012. Il s’oppose aux tueries de Rhinocéros en Afrique pour leurs cornes, souvent à destination de l’Asie. “I needed to bring the spirits of the African Rhinos into Asia, To help in the settling of their restless spirits.”
